Hi, I’m Jasmine, a graduate student in mental health counseling at Florida State University. I earned my associate’s degree from Tallahassee State College and my bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. I enjoy watching movies, spending time with my family, and gardening. I tend to lean more toward gardening when I’m de-stressing. Being in nature or surrounded by
plants and sunlight is therapeutic.
I am passionate about helping others navigate challenging times. I believe that individuals are not defined by their conditions or circumstances. I am dedicated to assisting individuals in overcoming trauma, grief, and the daily stresses of life.
