Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

Introduction to Dr. Bernie

Dr. Bernie administers Psychological Testing and Evaluations for Clients applying for VA Benefits, Social Security Disability, or Workers’ Compensation. His commitment and motivation to practice Mental Health Therapy is not fairly recent, but rather a direct result of the experiences he gained in his professional, educational, and personal ventures. Exposure to various conditions such as poverty, war, and nature’s natural disasters around the world played a significant role in his life. Today, as a Retired Marine Veteran and Mental Health Therapist, he is passionate about helping Clients reach goals that are important to them.

Talk therapy (as it personally did for Dr. Bernie) offers clients tools for personal growth and helps them in different areas of their lives. It can build a therapeutic relationship regardless of mental health status, culture, education, or background. It enables Clients to communicate what is essential and valuable to them.

In his own words, “I look forward to working with you. The therapeutic process can, no doubt, empower your life.” Overall, it is essential to note that if you, as the Client, are applying for VA Benefits, Social Security Disability, a Court Official requesting a Mental Health Evaluation for a Client, or Workers’ Compensation, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We look forward to working with you.
