Counseling fees

At Cape Coral Therapists, we are able to provide reasonable and low-cost counseling fees because our fees depend on the therapist’s level of experience, expertise, and credentials.   Below are the counseling fees of the Licensed Clinicians and the Registered Interns, and our Graduate Student.

We accept Care Credit for bundle counseling sessions.

Clinicians’ Fees for counseling sessions:

Insurances

At Cape Coral Therapists, we do not take insurance. Thus we are out of network.  It will be an out-of-pocket expense for you. Just so you know, when you use your medical insurance the session date and the diagnostic codes are put in your medical records. When you DO NOT use medical insurance, this information stays confidential within the therapist-client management system unless you sign a release for it to be sent to a specific entity.

However, if want to try to get reimbursed by your insurance company, just let us know. We will provide and give you a receipt, we will have to insert a diagnostic code, a service code, and the therapist’s NPI on your statement, in order for the insurance company to consider reimbursing you.  Reimbursements out of network depend on your policy.

Please inquire about presentations, workshops, and group counseling fees.

Cape Coral Therapists accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment:
