Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

Introduction to Faatimah (Fuh-Tee-Muh)

I am currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of Nebraska, a master’s degree from Bellevue University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I’m currently enrolled as a PhD candidate in the Conflict Analysis and Resolution program at Nova Southeastern University.

I work to provide a comforting and productive environment for my clients to express themselves without fear of judgement and with the freedom to learn and grow at their own pace. I have worked in the mental health field for over 7 years advocating and collaboratively empowering individuals, couples, and small groups through evidence-based treatment analysis and interventions. I have had the honor to work with diverse clientele ranging from 5- 69 years old who identify with their respective religion, culture, and ethnic background(s).

Whether you are feeling down about the past, dissatisfied with the present, or overwhelmed with your future, I am here to work with you to clear the pathway towards your ideal version of peace.

“You are not what you have been through, and you deserve the life you desire.”
